Axiom were commissioned to brand a niche land release within the luxury Bunker Bay Resort in south-west Western Australia.

The brand strategy leveraged the strong appeal of the existing Bunker Bay Resort  – incorporating similar font styles, colour palette and imagery. A “picture frame” was used above the logotype as a simple graphic device to highlight and focus on features of the estate, the location and lifestyle. The overall brand and marketing message being one of exclusivity, luxury and well-being.

The scope of project included design and production of signage within the estate including branding, directional, informational and advertising signage.

A suite of marketing and advertising material was also produced – including stationery and documentation, sales brochures, posters, direct-mail as well as local, national and international press and magazine advertising.
