Axiom were commissioned to revitalise the brand for Roselea Estate as well as the development of sub-brands for niche land releases and built-form developments.
The scope of the project included design and production of all signage used throughout the estate including branding, directional, informational and advertising signage.
A suite of marketing and advertising material was also produced – including stationery and documentation, sales brochures, posters, press advertising, direct-mail, point-of-sale display and a mini-website.
The revitalised brand and marketing strategy sort to reinforce the prestige and exclusiveness of the estate and its unique setting – resulting in strong and consistent sales for the lifetime of the development.
